This series of paintings was actually inspired by Tom and Jan Scott who run the Blue Roan Cafe and Gifts in Lorena, Texas.  I designed a logo for their cafe, and was dreaming of designs to paint a mural on the long wall in their cafe.  This was one of the dreams.  Some day I will paint that mural.
